Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Bar & Waiting Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guests. As a pivotal part of our establishment, you will contribute to the overall ambiance and satisfaction of our patrons.

We can provide accomodation in our dedicated Staff Accommodation

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly, take food and beverage orders, and provide menu recommendations when needed.

• Ensure accuracy in order taking and relay orders to the kitchen staff promptly.

• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner, adhering to our service standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, dining areas, and service stations.

• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required; we welcome individuals with a passion for hospitality.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Knowledge of food and beverage pairings and menu items is a plus.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
