Front of House Manager for busy Gastro Bar & Guesthouse

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar & Restaurant Manager to lead our team and uphold our commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a proven track record in management, and the ability to inspire and motivate staff to deliver a great customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of bar and restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety are maintained at all times.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs while delivering an outstanding guest experience.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and cultivate a positive work environment.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community to enhance the restaurant's reputation and drive business growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in food and beverage or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
