Chef de Partie required Full time

O Donnabhains Bar & Guesthouse Ltd / registration number 6370867N  is looking to recruit 1 chef de partie chef to work in our property O Donnabhains Bar & Guesthouse, 10 Henry Street  , Kenmare , Co Kerry  www.odonnabhain-kenmare.com   ; starting date as soon as possible

The chef de partie must work either in cold section ( cold starters/appetizers )  or hot section ( hot appetizers, garnish, grill, fryer, pan or sauce ) and  oversea the preparation of the mise en place .

The minimum annual gross salaries offered:  chef de partie:  36605 euro gross /year for a working program of 39 hours/week ;

Experience required: minimum 3 years’ experience ;
