O Donnabhains Bar & Guesthouse Ltd Limited, company registration number 350867 is looking to recruit a Chef de Partie and a Sous chef for the vacant position within our property O DONNABHAINS Bar & Guesthouse at 10 Henry Street, located in Kenmare, Co. Kerry, Ireland, www.odonnabhain-kenmare.com; starting date : ideally beginning of April 2026 DESCRIPTION OF THE EMPLOYMENT /REQUIREMENTS: The Chef de Partie must : Assist the Sous Chef and Head chef in ensuring the quality, consistency and production of areas of responsibility; Prepare food in cold section (cold starters/appetizers) and when necessary, on grill station ; oversea the preparation of the mise en place in his station and coordinate the junior chefs ; The Sous Chef must: Assist the Head chef in ensuring the quality, consistency and production of areas of responsibility in the grill section ; Prepare food on grill station ; oversea the preparation of the mise en place in his station and coordinate the junior chefs ; For both position: must assure the preparation for lunch, dinner and functions TERMS AND CONDITIONS /REQUIREMENTS: Length of the contract : 2 years contract with possibility of extension ; Minimum annual remuneration €36605 gross per year at a 39 hours/per week working program; Experience required: minimum 3 years’ experience as chef hotel or restaurant background; To apply please submit your curriculum vitae by email at info@odonnabhain-kenmare.com; for more information’s you can contact us by phone +353 646642106
